Agreement details
Based on an initial phone conversation and a questionnaire you fill for us,
we will review your website and product an in-depth 20-40 pages written SEO report
of your site. The report is an assessment of your site and a pragmatic blueprint
of what needs to be done (and how). Each section of the report is backed by
a full SEO tutorial to help you understand both the recommendations and the
reasons for it. We then spend an hour of phone consultation reviewing the report
and answering your questions.
The fee is $3000.

like some level of hand holding and a professional SEO consultation

For those people, we offer a 1-2 hours SEO phone consultation.
During this consultation we interactively review your website,
for any major SEO problem, make optimization recommendations,
review menu structure, usability, linking strategy. We try
to address the major areas of the SEO report.
We will also produce a search engines ranking report illustrating
how you rank compared to your main competitors for each of your
target keywords.

What is a linking campaign?
There are two major factors that contribute to making your site
Top Ranking with search engines. The first is on-page
optimization (the SEO work we describe above). The second is
the collection of links pointing to your website. The work of
getting those links pointing to your website is called a
linking campaign. The number of links matters,
but even more important is the "quality" of the link.
So what makes a quality link you may ask? In many ways a link
to your website can be viewed like a personal recommendation from someone.
The recommendation is better if that person...
- is very well known and respected
- specializes in field related to yours
- shares details of your offering rather than vaguely referring to your business
- does not make many recommendations, so each one counts
Translated in search engines and HTML parlance....
- Search engine status/prestige of page linking to you (Google PR)
- Link comes form a subject related page/site
- Anchor text rich with YOUR keywords
- Number of links on that page (fewer is better)
Getting links from directories
There are many general interest and industry specialized
directories on the internet. Most of them are useless for search
engines ranking purposes as they either have no recognition (Google PR)
or use redirection in linking to your website which negates any
positive effect on your site's ranking.
Also, when submitting your website for inclusion in a directory,
it is imperative to fully understand each directory's editorial
policies in order to maximize acceptance rates. Moreover, the
title, description and link submission can be optimized
for search engines to get the most ranking boost possible for
your keywords.
Our linking campaign offering
In our linking campaign offering we do:
- Research and prioritize links that would be most relevant to your business. (who links to your competitors)

Do not be fooled!
Do not be fooled by promises of numerous links of so called "quality".
Many consultants only focus on harvesting the largest
number of meaningless links from any source. Common practices include
linking from guestbooks, link exchanges with unrelated sites, getting
listed on "link farms" or Free For Alls "FFA" or the latest
"trick of the month" in trying to fool search engines. Those
approaches are now well known and filtered by search engines and
therefore provide any ranking benefits to your site.

This service provides you with monthly monitoring of your

engines, keep you informed of industry changes that
may affect your ranking, minor tweaking of pages and other
suggestions to keep your site in the top rankings.
The client will receive an email report sent once a month.
This service is $200/mo.

For small/medium sites targeting somewhere around 5-10 keywords
we offer a complete package containing:

Nobody can make guarantees of search engines top placement
for meaningful keywords. Some hungry consultants will
make promises of top positions for keywords. Anybody can
get top positions for keywords that nobody searches for.
It is a marketing scam with no substance.
What you can expect
Under most situations, improvement in ranking starts
happening after 1-2 months with peek results between 3-6 months.
Most targeted keywords will reach the Top 20 of major search engines
during that period.
What we guarantee
We guarantee that Mind In Motion Technology only uses
ethical SEO techniques that are not frowned upon or outright
banned by search engines. This approach aims a building
true value in enhancing the usability and relevancy of
a website for both the human and search engine visitor.
We do not take the quick shortcut of the day which
may get you banned from search engines in a few months.
For website evaluation, SEO work and linking campaign,
we require a 50% payment at the start of the project
and 50% upon completion. Monthly monitoring and
SEO tune-up service is paid in one full payment
upon start of service. Payments can be made by check
or credit cards. Arrangements can be made for a customized
payment schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Website evaluation starts upon reception of initial payment
(or as stated in the contract) and usually takes 1-2 weeks.
- SEO work on the site is done after completion of the evaluation
and starts upon reception of initial payment.
This phase takes 2-4 weeks.
- Linking campaign can be done in parallel with SEO work on
the site and starts upon reception of initial payment (or
as stated in the contract). This phase takes 2-4 weeks.
- Monthly Monitoring and Optimization tune-up service
is delivered upon receipt of payment.
At any point the client or Mind In Motion Technology can
terminate the agreement. In such case, a partial refund
will be issued. The number of hours already worked on the
project will be billed at $200/hours. The refund will be for
the amount of $TotalContractValue - $HoursAlreadyWorked.
Monthly monitoring is 100% refundable within 48 hours of
the monthly credit card charge. Cancellation request
must be received by email/phone/writing before the beginning
of the next billing cycle.
External fees such as Paid for Inclusion and paid directories
are non refundable as per their supplier's agreement.
No refund is issued after the final payment is made as this payment
constitutes an acknowledgment by the client that the service
was provided completely and completed successfully.
Quotes are given for a specific body of work.
Any necessary or requested work beyond the scope of the
initial agreement will be billed at a rate of $200/hour
(unless a prior agreement has been made for a sliding scale rate).
It is understood that unless other arrangements are made, SEO work
performed on the client's behalf will be delivered to the client
in the form of html code extracts sent via email. The client
is responsible for working with their web designer to incorporate
the recommended changes unless other arrangements are made.
Additional arrangements can be made with our own web designers
to work on the appearance of your website (site redesign/updates,
design new pages, logos, E-newsletter etc...)
